Formula Formats

Statistics can be represented a number of ways within CxEngage. The information below is an example of how data is represented.

Average: The number calculated by adding quantities together and then dividing the total by the number of quantities. [count]

Count: The total number of a collection of items.

Interval/Sub Interval: A period of time between events or states. For example 30 minutes and 15 minutes are intervals of time.

Maximum: The highest amount attained.

Minimum: The smallest amount attained.

Percentage: The number or ratio expressed as a fraction of 100.

Time: Expressed in days, hours, minutes, and seconds (dd:hh:mm:ss).
