Initiated Transfers

Statistic Name	Description	Function/Formula	API Name
Initiated Transfers	The total number of transfers that were initiated during the given date range. This statistic includes transfers that completed successfully as well as those that didn't complete. If more than one transfer is initiated in an interaction, each transfer is counted. If there are no transfers for the given date range then 0 displays in the report. In other words, if the value is null, 0 is displayed instead of a blank column.
Initiated Transfers Count	The number of times that a transfer was initiated. This statistic includes transfers that are: Initiated by an agent, but not received by another agent Initiated by an agent and received by another agent	Count	initiated-transfers-count
