Queue Abandons

The total number of calls that entered a queue and disconnected without being accepted by an agent.

This expression formats the Queue Abandons statistic so that if there are no queue abandons during the specified date range, then 0.0 is displayed in reports. In other words, if the value is null, 0.0 is displayed instead of a blank column.

 

 

Queue Abandons Count

The total number of times that an interaction enters a queue, but disconnects before an agent accepts the work.
