Queue Length When Abandoned

The average number of interactions that were waiting in a queue when callers disconnected without being accepted by an agent.

This expression formats the Avg Queue Length when Abandoned statistic so that if there aren't any interactions waiting in the queue, then 0.0 is displayed in reports. In other words, if the value is null, 0.0 is displayed instead of a blank column.
